The Fifth Annual San Diego Hospice Invitational Golf Tournament will benefit The Center for Grief Care and Education at San Diego Hospice, including Camp Erin San Diego.

Cost:
Foursome: $1,600
Individual Player: $400
Dinner Only Guests: $150
Lunch and Dinner are included for each player

10:30am:  Player Registration Barbeque and Warm-up
12:00pm:  Shotgun Start
5:00pm:  Reception and Silent Auction followed by Dinner, Live Auction and Award Presentation

Shotgun Start with a Scramble Format

Collared Shirts
No denim, cargo shorts, or cargo pants please.
