Melisa & Kaye’s Memorial 5k Walk and Fun Run is an event to celebrate the lives of loved ones past and present, as well as those directly impacted by hospice and palliative medicine programs throughout San Diego County. The event will include the 5K Walk and Fun Run, kid’s activities and a health fair.
