Friends of Hospice

Your annual gift to San Diego Hospice will make a tremendous difference in the lives of our patients and their families. As a steadfast supporter and an advocate of San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine, spreading the word about the valuable services we provide to our community is vitally important. As a Friend of Hospice you are enabling us to do what we do best, provide compassionate care for our community members when they need us most. We invite you to join our Circle of Friendship. All of our Friends of Hospice will receive our e-newsletter "Love Letters" to stay informed about the impact of your gifts, and a guaranteed listing in the Annual Honor Roll of Donors.

Recognition levels include:

• Bronze Circle of Friendship, annual gifts of $1,000 - $2,499
• Silver Circle of Friendship, annual gifts of $2,500 - $4,999
• Gold Circle of Friendship, annual gifts of $5,000 - $9,999
• Platinum Circle of Friendship, annual gifts of $10,000 and above
