Foursome: $1,500
Individual Player: $375
Dinner Only: $125
Lunch and Dinner are included for each registered player
Schedule of Events:
10:30am: Player Registration, Barbeque, and Warm-up
12:00am: Shotgun Start
5:00pm: Reception and Silent Auction, followed by Dinner, Live Auction, and Awards Presentation
Format:
Shotgun start with a Scramble Format
Dress Code:
Collared Shirts
No denim, cargo shorts or cargo pants please.
San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine invites to you to join in the excitement
of our Third Annual Invitational Golf Tournament on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 located at
The Crosby at Rancho Santa Fe.
This year our tournament will benefit The Center for Grief Care and Education at San Diego Hospice,
as well as bereavement support programs, including Camp Erin San Diego.
