The Mark Taper Foundation Donates $25,000 to San Diego Hospice and the Institute for Palliative Medicine

SAN DIEGO, CA - The S. Mark Taper Foundation has donated $25,000 to San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine to support adults and children clients through its HIV/AIDS Case Management (HACM) Program.

Through the HACM Program, Registered Nurse Case Managers and Masters level Social Worker Case Managers address the physical and emotional needs of adults and children affected by HIV or AIDS, enabling them to maintain their health, stay in their homes, and live the highest quality of life possible.

"We are grateful to the S. Mark Taper Foundation for their gift which enables San Diego Hospice to enhance the quality of people's lives at every stage of life," noted Traci Bruckner, Chief Development Officer for the San Diego Hospice Foundation.
