Light Up A Life has offered great solace and remembrance to so many people since it began at San Diego Hospice in 1982. This year, in this globally connected world in which we live, we are trying something new --- Virtual Light Up A Life.

Through our web tribute site [3], your light will shine across the world in honor and remembrance of loved ones who have been a special part of your life.

Light Up A Life has traditionally been one of San Diego Hospice Foundation’s most important annual fundraisers. We are hopeful this new approach will allow even more people to become involved and support the services of San Diego Hospice. And the great thing about a “virtual” event is there are no expenses, allowing 100% of every contribution to go directly to support hospice patient and family care.
