“What matters most to patients when thinking about healthcare decisions are the outcomes they most hope for,” said Kathleen Pacurar, President and CEO of San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine. “Talking with your loved ones about your deeply held goals and values can prepare them for making the best possible in-the-moment medical decisions in the event you cannot make them for yourself.”
Registration, continental breakfast and resource tables will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the program will start promptly at 9:20 a.m.
Registration is required for this free workshop; seating is limited. Register today via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 619-278-6141 and include your name, contact number, and the number of people in your party. Click here to download workshop flyer.
