Become a Volunteer Throughout San Diego Hospice & Palliative Care's (SDHPC) history, volunteers have played a key role in our patient and family care services, and all other organizational activities. We invite members of the community, to become San Diego Hospice & Palliative Care volunteers! In addition to making a difference in the lives of San Diegans throughout the County, SDHPC volunteers will gain practical skills and knowledge through free educational opportunities and monthly support sessions. Volunteer opportunities are available in patient or non-patient related areas. Extensive training is provided for volunteers, as needed. Download an Overview of the Volunteer Program.
