Because of your support and participation, Melisa's Memorial 5K Walk and Fun Run 2010 is considered one of the most successful inaugural walks in San Diego!

More than 1,200 participants registered for the event
105 teams were created, and
More than $165,000 was raised to support SDHIPM programs and services

Gary Kelley - Weatherman on San Diego's 6 News and event DJ

Gary Kelley is a native San Diegan that grew up on the radio here from the age of 13. For 27 years he played the hits at the top stations in town. KCBQ, B100, KPRI and KSON. A few years ago he was given the chance to fill in for his mentor, Gene Knight at today's sponsor, KYXY. For the last 12 years he's made the transition into television doing the weather for a decade on 10 News and now on San Diego's 6. If you take a tour of the USS Midway you will see Gary in his acting debut as a Lt. Commander in the Steam Exhibit video game. Gary enjoys giving back and working with Hospice. They took care of his Mother 10 years ago, and he will never forget all that they did for her. If you ever need a master of ceremonies or a DJ, you might consider Gary. He has introduced the likes of Robin Williams and Adam Sandler to The Rolling Stones. He has been of part of nearly 9000 weddings in the span of the last 30 years.
